Tri training blog.

After finishing my first marathon in 2006, and numerous other shorter distances 2003-2006, I turned to cycling in 2007 to reduce training stress. Finished some ultra distance events: 2 double centuries and the death ride. I’d like to get back into running, learn how to swim, and complete an olympic or half distance triathlon in 2008 in addition to continuing focus on cycling.
